Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your Teradek device in its original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping package.
Ship to Teradek
Send your package to our California service center using a trackable shipping method; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
